During a hiatus in 1998, a pair of turntables, and a fetish for records, allowed him to continue moving audiences under the moniker DJ HOOKSTYLE – honing his craft at residencies across an erupting nightlife renaissance.

His eclectic sound of Disco, Funk, House and Hip Hop and “Good Times” ethos made him a luminary in the local dance music scene, featuring at exclusive parties and events for Dior, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Google and Meta to name a few – spreading his flavour across the region at events and festivals from Singapore to Dubai.

More than 25 years after it all started – as a music curator and DJ, he now sets the vibe at numerous premier establishments and parties across the island. From underground grooves to contemporary crowd pleasers, his ability to blend genres and set the tone has not skipped a beat.
